Indian Additives Limited (IAL) was incorporated in the year 1989, jointly promoted by Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) (formerly Madras Refineries Limited) and Chevron Oronite Company LLC (formerly Chevron Chemical Company).

IAL is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing of lubricating oil additives. IAL has its manufacturing facility at Manali, Chennai and sales office at Mumbai. The manufacturing facility was commissioned in the year 1993.

IAL is the recipient of several Safety Awards at the State and National level. IAL holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2015 certification and is permitted to use the Responsible Care logo.

The Problem

Having won several safety awards, IAL was looking to improve it’s health standard as well. And to measure the health of employees and for this they wanted to track the health index. And it was a bit cumbersome since they maintained the health details of all employees manually. Going through all the documents was a long and tiring process. Also, they wanted a platform so that they can share customized health tips at regular intervals to employees to improve their health index.

Solutions

We designed and developed a software with which employees can store the health details of their employees in a way that they can see the trend of specific parameters in a graphical format, also check how the health index of every employee is trending over the period, score on each parameter used to calculate the health index. And based on the health index and abnormal parameters the IAL health management team now send a customized health tips to employees via SMS, Email and Mobile App notification.

MIS

Provides a complete image of the company, its functions, and the results of the age-based health study. We can acquire an overall examination dashboard as well as a disease-by-disease data count.

Trend Analysis

Provides graphical presentation on how various parameters are measuring over the period of time.

Appointment

Appointment module gives freedom from old method of writing down appointment in diaries and remembering it for all the time to avoid time clash with other schedule.

Annual Health Checkups

Well equipped with all necessary clinical templates, clinical questionnaire and Medical test data to complete single screen check up.

Lifestyle Disease Tracking

Helps you to track the employees who are suffering from LSD diseases such as Diabetic, Hypertension, Obese, etc.

Health Index

It allows to calculate the health index using the dynamic parameters mapping.

The health team started using the software and it became very easy for the doctors to manage the health details and track health index. With the customized health tips & notification, employees are more aware about the health, and they take self-care of their health. And with the efforts of health team and employee awareness they are improving the health index.
