Adani EmCare is a Web + Mobile App used by Adani Group’s medical officer to capture, analyse and manage the health data of the employees and workers. And this data is used by medical officer to provide the preventive healthcare to the employees. They also use this app to communicate with the employees and share the customized health tips and notifications as per their health conditions.

Problem

The Problem

Every Manufacturing company, including Adani, which is a huge star, keeps track of its employees' health. Adani was trying hard to keep track of its health records. They have to maintain a manual sheet to keep track of data from their various sites. Maintaining data in the sheet manually was a difficult and time-consuming task for them. It was extremely difficult for Adani to keep track of data due to its numerous locations, companies, and departments. Also, owing to the size of the organization, multiple entities, and multiple locations, it was challenging for the doctors to communicate with the employees about their wellness since these data can't be shared through normal mediums due to privacy and confidentiality compliance.

Solutions

We developed Adani EmCare, which is a healthcare software (Web+Mobile), as a solution and have made the Adani Medical Officer’s job easier. Every manually managed data has been digitized by Adani Emcare and may now be properly handled. We have introduced Adani Emcare across the entire Group, which can measure their health parameters and send customized health suggestions and notifications based on their health. It is a simple and time-saving tool that allows us to track employee health, perform all tasks connected to employee health, and manage all data from several locations with a single click.
