Challenges
The client was facing the challenge of processing a vast amount of candidate and job data daily, making it difficult to provide timely and accurate responses to clients and candidates. Maintaining candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process took a lot of work, often leading to candidates dropping out of the process. The initial resume screening process took time, and many potentially suitable candidates were inadvertently overlooked. Personalizing interactions with candidates and clients at scale was proving to be challenging.
