At Sapphire, we put a lot of effort towards demonstrating to all women that they have a place in the technology sector and are greatly needed by fostering an atmosphere that values and appreciates their contributions to our team. We help women leaders by, among other things, influencing the next generation through educational initiatives. Sapphire gives its female talent the skills, resources, and attitude they need to lead in the company. Apart from that, we strive to create mentors and role models for our future female leaders.
