The real challenge was to develop an application that could handle large users without getting crashed. We wanted to develop an application where all government schemes are available for citizens on a unified platform for easy access through mobile applications. We decided to build a single mobile app for all Government schemes, and users do not have to install one for each department. The fundamental purpose of the user interface (UI) should be immediately apparent to the user upon accessing the page, hence, it was important to remove any extraneous distractions from the interface. Users can update or complete their profile information over time.
