To handle their rewards and recognition program for employees, they needed a role-based web app with an approval system. It was getting more and harder to run and monitor the Rewards and recognition program using Excel sheets as the business and workforce grew. The client acknowledged that a small portion of its personnel were being recognized and rewarded by its reward and recognition program. To encourage values-driven behavior, the team intended to design an Employee Recognition Software with seamless user experience.
